To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We provide a 90-day warranty on delivered software for defects in workmanship.

9.2 Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated, all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yichang City, Hubei Province.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the terms shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Amendments

我们保留对我们的方法论、工具、模板以及在服务交付中使用的任何预先存在的知识产权的所有权。

7. 保密性

我们对所有客户信息和项目详细信息保持严格保密。未经明确书面同意，我们不会向第三方披露机密信息，除非法律要求。

8. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因我们的服务而产生的任何损害的责任不应超过客户为引起索赔的特定服务支付的总金额。我们不对任何间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损害承担责任。

我们保证我们的服务将以符合行业标准的专业方式执行。我们为交付的软件提供90天的工艺缺陷保修。

任何一方都可以通过书面通知终止服务协议。终止后，客户应为截至终止日期提供的所有服务付款。保密义务在终止后继续有效。

任何一方都不应对因超出其合理控制范围的情况而导致的任何履行失败或延迟承担责任，包括但不限于天灾、自然灾害、战争、恐怖主义或政府行为。

12. 适用法律

这些条款应受中华人民共和国法律管辖并据此解释。任何争议应在湖北省宜昌市法院解决。

13. 可分割性

如果这些条款的任何条款被认定为不可执行，则条款的其余部分应继续完全有效。

14. 修订

我们保留随时修改这些条款的权利。更新的条款将在我们的网站上发布并注明修订日期。继续使用我们的服务即表示接受修改后的条款。
